QC/Technical Support QC Department: A manager and six inspectors, primarily take charge of quality control during the production process Main work:raw material examination,production spotcheck Technology Department: A supervisor and two drawers,primaryily in charge of production formulation Main work:set up formulation, surveillance, technology reform, new product development and formulation of product technical specifications Regularly carries on the work appraisal and the quality risk assessment to QC Dept. and production workshop QC Staff 5 to 9 QC machine QC machine Materials/Components Rubber: Malaysia,Thailand and Vietnam Steel pipe: Beijing Steel Corporation, Baoshan Steel Corporation Procedures/testing Details Raw material inspection, spot-check, and the supplier must provide complete self-checking report Tour inspect of production process, distribute QC staff according to each workshop's actual situation Each batch of products must carry on trial assembly, if is qualified,the Technology Department and the QC Department must make confirmation Assembled products must go through the physical test The Technology Department and QC Department will carry on final inspection to all products before shipment
